* The Congress Scientific Committee reserves the right to ask the presenter to convert their initially orally presented work into poster format for presentation at the congress.

In case your abstract for an oral presentation has been requested by the Scientific Committee for presentation in poster format: the submission deadline is until the 4 June 2026

Selection of oral presentations to be given: 8 June 2026.

Selection of posters to be exhibited: 8 June 2026.

Communication to the authors of the selected texts: 10 June 2026

The deadline for the submission of full texts of communications to be presented at the congress and subsequently published will be 23 June 2026.

Registration deadline for assistants: 24 June 2026.
